Codruta Neumann trained in the UK and her specialist ENT training included the prestigious Otology Fellowship at Addenbrookes Hospital, in Cambridge. During her training she completed a Masters Degree in Evidence Based Medicine and Health Technology Assessment. She conducted clinical research in age-related hearing loss in the world-renowned Sanger Institute and Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge. Appointed as a Consultant in Kent in 2014 she has dedicated herself to building a centre of excellence in ear surgery. She led the development of a local hearing implant centre that offers a variety of solutions to patients such as BAHA, Bonebridge, Soundbridge and Osia. Codruta Neumann’s dedication to the teaching and training of ENT surgeons has resulted in her being invited to many national and international courses as faculty including the Cambridge Advance Otology Course, ENT Masterclass and London Temporal Bone Course, amongst others. It is her passion to inspire and train a new generation of doctors in her role as a Senior Lecturer in ENT at the Kent and Medway Medical School. She teaches in the MCh in ENT Surgery at the Canterbury and Christchurch University. Codruta Neumann has built a national and international reputation of excellence and is invited as faculty to numerous conferences. She is an esteemed member of the British Society of Otology, Politzer Society, Meniere’s Society, ENT UK Society and Royal Society of Medicine. She was recently elected as the Treasurer for the Politzer Society, the international scientific society of Otology and Neuro-otology and the first female member of the Board since its inception. Ms Neumann has published extensively in peer reviewed journals. She was the principal investigator in an international multicentric randomised trial of trans-tympanic treatments for Meniere’s disease. Her current research interests are the treatment of severe and necrotising otitis externa in a multicentric national study, and the CAVA study in telemetry for dizziness. She is the principal investigator and mentors and supervises an associate investigator and research team.

He is a former director of the Durban Cochlear Implant Program and holds academic positions in the Department of ENT at the University of Kwazulu Natal as well as the department of Audiology, Speech and Language Pathology at the University of Pretoria. He has delivered more than 40 academic presentations and is published in international, peer reviewed journals. He is a recognised reviewer for the International Journal of Pediatric. Otorhinolaryngology and is on the international editorial board of Cochlear Implants International. Dr Schlemmer is currently working as a consultant ENT surgeon at the Harley Street Medical Centre in Abu Dhabi

He has given 150 lectures International lectures in UK, Dublin, Thailand, France, Bangladesh, India and Rumania. He has conducted several courses on Botox, dermal fillers, facelift, rhinoplasty in London. Mohamad A. Bitar, MD, FACS is a Consultant ENT Surgeon and Chief of Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery at Al Jalila Children’s Specialty Hospital, Dubai, UAE. Dr Bitar did his training at both the American University of Beirut and the George Washington University and its Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the Royal Society of Medicine and a member of several international specialty societies, including ASPO, AAP and SENTAC. Dr Bitar established the Section of Pediatric Otolaryngology at the American University of Beirut, which he leaded between 2002 and 2015. He then joined the staff of the Department of ENT Surgery at the Children Hospital at Westmead, Sydney, Australia (2013 & 2014). Dr Bitar has been involved in teaching and researching pediatric otolaryngology. He is a clinical professor with MBRU, Dubai, and has published many articles pertinent to his field. Dr. Ahmad AlAmadi is a renowned Otolaryngologist in the UAE, with more than 27 years of experience in all ENT procedures. He completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degrees in 1993 at the University of Glasgow, Scotland, and completed his surgical training at the Royal College of Surgeon Glasgow in 1998. He later completed his fellowship in Neurotology at the University of Toronto, Canada. He holds overall 3 decades of experience in clinical, surgical, and administrative healthcare. He currently holds 21 years of clinical experience as a consultant and Head of Department in the UAE, with special interest in the field of dizziness and imbalance, and 27years of surgical experience in all ENT procedures, especially in microsurgical skills in Otology and Neurotology. For the past two decades, he has been Head of Department, 9 years as a Medical Director, and additionally Head of Evaluation Committee for Higher Degrees (MOH). Dr. Ahmad AlAmadi’s keen interest lies in Otoplasty, Endoscopic Ear Surgery, Hearing Loss, Infectious Diseases, Tinnitus, Vertigo, Throat disorders. He is also an academician, lecturer and professor. He is the Program Director for the Arab Board Program in the UAE and Head of the Scientific Committee of the Emirati Board UAE. He is Involved in teaching ENT colleagues through the Emirates Medical Association, and is now associated with the prestigious University of Sharjah teaching aspiring students. He has published over nine research papers and co-authored an e-book.
